Main duties:
1. External Marketing Communications –
I. Develop company image and brands through local media.
ii. Maintain company website and organize campaign for product launches at website
iii. Organize customer communications such as surveys and collating the results
iV. Organize marketing activities like tech days, exibitions and etc
2. Internal Marketing Communications
i. publish the employee and business unit newsletters
ii. ensuring local site branding and information is up to date
iii. Communicate with global marketing team to make sure the global maketing information/activities up to date to local team
3. Assisting Marketing managers with the design of collateral (e.g. brochures, adverts, images)
4. Participate in and organize internal meetings which may require international travel
5. Any other responsibilities as advised by Sales and Marketing Director


Background Skills:
1. Marketing background
2. 5+ years work experience
3. Self motivated, able to act independently and set priorities
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, and technical writing
5. Fluent English and regular conference call with global marketing team.
6. Computer skill
