Description

1. Key enabler and leader for infrastructure and application Support.

2. Managing local IT asset;

3. Responsible for proposal of the solution by analyzing operation requirement and proactive exploration of opportunities for the future.

4. Support responsibility of IT-related supplier management for development and maintenance of applications.

5. Analyzing IT Program and project management including requirements gathering, program justification

6. Responsible for supporting projects from design through implementation and ensuring that adequate long-term application support relationships are established

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc.):

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, information Technology or related field. 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience;

2. On a certain understanding of a Windows domain environment, able to skillfully manage domain resources; familiar with Windows operating system

3. It’s better to have relative experiences in Support on ERP modules.

4. Prefer experience in establishing website and good command of AutoCAD

5. Experience in manufacturing industry business processes;

Skills (Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc):

1. Ability to coach power users and end users.

2. Very positive person, High willing to learn and train people with sharing the knowledge.

3. Ability to work tight deadlines, strong teamwork spirit.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
