Sandvik Mining in Shanghai Jiading is seeking for

Quality Inspection Supervisor

Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and

technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. In 2012 sales amounted to about 37,800 MSEK, with approximately 14,000 employees.

The position would directly report to: Quality Manager

Key Performance Area:

·Responsible for department monitoring and supervision of the progress of EHS objective target and plan.

·Be responsible for final production quality control.

·Control and improve the inspection process for products.

·Be responsible to issue the DMR and make corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.

·Be responsible to make the Quality Monthly report to evaluate the Assembly Center quality Level and continuous improvement.

·Be responsible to coordinate the Homebase Products audit and coordinate the follow up corrective actions.

·Be responsible for the warranty claim and take corrective and preventive actions.

·Responsible for coaching for all subordinates to improve the team competence.

Be responsible to update the Inspection Check lists according to the new product requirements.

·Understand Sales Tools system process and systems used, identify process/system gaps and opportunities for improvements.

·Test/Verify new functions and local development for Sales Tools system.

·Support and educate end users of the process and system.

Your profile:

·University degree, engineering background preferred.

·Above 5 years work experience in related fields, preferable JV experience.

·Self-starter, work under pressure, presentable.

·Good PC skills, good presentation and organization skills.

·Fluent in English.

·Understand business process and importance of teamwork and communication.
