MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Following procedures,SOPs,work instructions

-Learn and understand safety requirements like safe work,LOTO,confined space entry

-Must be able to lift 20kg(not repetitive)

-Must work safely at all times,watch out for coworkers,support management audits,be a good team member

-Get involved in major equipmnets troubleshoting,identify the root cause,and work with maintenance supervisor to find out solution

-Continuously improve the reliability of system,work with maintenance manager to optimize the spare parts inventory

-Do fine adjustment for machine and the preventive maintenance,such as add lube oil,cleaning,etc

-In charge of the pressure vessel,safety valve,forklift,crane,lift and other safety related equipments in plant;make sure all these equipments meet the government safety requirements

-Responsible for preventive&predictable maintenance in plant,including the underline network,fire fighting system,utility system and facility.

-Carry out other assignments assigned by his superior

BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS&EXPERIENCES:

-10 years experience in chemical production/maintenance technique or relative,familiar with motor,pump,fan,compressor,valve,etc.equipment maintenance would be a plus

-Logical problem solving skills,mechanical,electrical,and controls knowledge,etc

-Knowledge of controls and electric

-This is necessary to ensure the safety of the individual and other employees,ensures employee has experience allowing ease of training and development.

-Familiar with equipment design calculation codes and legislative regulations

-Effective communication skill,oral English would be beneficial

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

-Good verbal communication skills

-Can learn tasks and skills easily

-Basic computer skills

EDUCATION:

-Technique school or above in chemical mechanics/chemical engineering/chemical process technology(must have)

-Mechanical,Electrical,Controls education(preferred)
