Major Responsibilities |
Cash management |
- Enter and release payments in Citidirect and issue cheque for other bank account |
- Apply for incoming & outgoing payment on SAFE website |
- Petty cash |
- Reconcile bank account between GL and bank statement |
Taxation |
- Prepare monthly tax declaration and support documents, such as VAT, etc ALL |
- VAT refund for export |
- Prepare quarterly income tax return |
- Prepare annual income tax return |
- Prepare withholding tax return & support documents |
- VAT taxpayer qualification |
- Prepare document for tax audit if any |
