Nilorn is looking for an accountant to join our growing finance team in our Shanghai office. Are you good with numbers and logic? Job Responsibilities:

· To cooperate with our Customer Service, Sales and Logistics Departments to secure smooth flow of orders and managing of customer accounts.

· To track sales transactions, including revenue, AR, unbilled AR, billing, etc. Issuing VAT invoice.

· To process intercompany transactions, i.e. invoices, booking, collection and reconciliation.

· To proceed and maintain the transactions in the ERP accounting system.

· To check the employee T&E expense reimbursement and payment request against the internal policy.

· To prepare bank reconciliations.

· Contact and dealings with Tax Bureau, Bank

· Bookkeeping in KingDee including:

o Review original vouchers

o Account posting

o Carry forward cost

o Close accounts

· Prepare local monthly report, VAT settlement on etax.

· You will be reporting directly to the Financial Manager.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or higher in Finance/Accounting related Major

· At least two years of previous related working experience

· Fluent in written English with good command of spoken English

· Previous experience with KingDee software will be a plus

· Previous experience working for a Foreign Trade company will be a plus.
