工作职责：

· 您将是我们公司核心部门-客户服务部的其中一员，联系着客户，供应商，以及其它分部的同事。

· 管理与协调不同客户，包括处理客户订单，核查库存数，完成采购订单，以及处理客户未付款事宜。

· 与产品开发部同事紧密联系，确保与新客户合作顺畅

· 与欧洲销售部同事保持密切联系，协助完成新老客户要求，并与之保持良好合作关系。

· 协助物流部同事确保准时发货，并协助解决收发货中遇到的问题。

· 回复处理日常邮件以及电话。

· 公司ERP系统以及网上下单系统的信息更新。

· 提供有效的售后服务以及整理文档

· 汇报对象：客户服务主管

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，至少两年服装服饰相关工作经验，中英文说写流利。

具备以下条件者优先：熟练使用Outlook并有ERP 相关工作经验。

合适的候选人需具备良好的与人沟通技巧，热情，友善，有责任心，耐心，细心，有服务意识，注重细节，做事有条理。
