Position Overview:

MEP design review and construction supervision for new-build manufacturing facilities

Responsibilities:

Primary (60%): ----Project management
1.Review clean room MEP system design and provide suggestions
2.Coordinate with Civil and Architecture engineer for the clean room design
3.Site supervision of clean room project MEP systems
4.Ensure the quality and schedule of clean room project MEP system meet the requirement
5.Ensure the safety during construction of Clean room MEP system
6.Ensure the cost of clean room project MEP system is within the budget

Secondary (40%): -----Facility management
1.Planning, organizing and directing the Facility Department, with knowledge / skill-set / experience of new facility set-up, renovation, and maintenance.
2.Responsible for facility system maintenance and troubleshooting, keep the facility operation smoothly and no interruption for MFG operation
3.Seek for utility saving opportunity in plant wide to comply with law and regulations.
4.Manage the budget and cost of the section of the ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations
5.provide support to operation group in term of work scheduling, training, troubleshooting
6.Ensure utility supplies (including Water, power, gas, vacuum and etc.) stable and no interruption to impact the manufacturing operation.
7.Help Dept. manager to setup Facility procedure, train, develop and retain staff
8.Identify & record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system
9.Guide and supervise all facility equipment and landscape maintenance, site housekeeping
10.Perform other duties as required by Dept. Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above- major in M&E (机电工程类专业), and experience above years Solid experience of clean room projects MEP construction 洁净室工程机电工程经验 Solid experience of MEP design review & construction supervision Strong communication skills,& coordination skill Highly energetic personality; independent, self-motivated and experienced team player Problem solving and integration abilities, prefers result-orientated work style Good oral & written communication skill both in English and Chinese is must.
