- Filter and handle all incoming/outgoing phone calls as
per company requirements and take good care of the telephone System.

- Responsible for visitors registration and meeting room
management;

负责公司访客接待和会议室管理工作

- Responsible for office stationeries booking and
distribution, mailing / expressage handling and tracking

负责办公文具的预定和分发管理，以及前台邮件/快递件的处理和跟踪

- Responsible for the raw data management for all admin
cost and handle the payment accordingly

负责建立公司所有行政费用数据表并处理相应付款申请

- Responsible for leave and overtime raw data management

负责每月休假及加班数据的录入管理工作

- Book flight or train ticket as per needs and make
reservation for hotel as per company standard.

根据公司相关规定为公司业务部门预订机票和酒店

- Take the responsiblities to manage the office facility
/ equipment maintenance

负责办公室相关设备的维护工作

- Coordinate for administration venders/suppliers
updating and coordinating

协助管理行政供应商

- Provide Day-to-day admin support and implement the
other assignments instructed by supervisor.
