Responsibility：

1Monitor implemental situation of process and quality of raw material & auxiliary material.

负责工艺执行情况和原辅材料的质量情况的监督。

2Take part in new product development, trial project and follow up quality situation.

参与新产品的开发、试制及产品的质量跟踪。

3Coordinate quality problem handling and monitor execution situation of process regulations, ensuring normal operation and production

组织、协调、解决铸件生产过程中出现的质量问题，检查工艺纪律执行状况，确保生产正常进行。

4Be responsible for quality statistic, organize quality meeting to analysis root causes and set up actions to handle quality problem.

负责质量统计，及时组织召开质量分析会，对铸件废品原因进行分析，制定纠正措施并协调实施。

5Take part in highlighting quality control points within Foundry workshop and all related regulations and rules and also monitor implementation.

参与车间质量控制点的建立和相关规范的制定，并监督实施。

6Finish other tasks assigned by the leader.

负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。

Requirement：

1Majoring in Foundry or Material with bachelor degree or above; have working experience of more than 3 years in Foundry technology or quality.

铸造、材料类专业本科以上学历，3年以上铸造技术或质量工作经验。

2Be good at professional knowledge and familiar with inspection methods of casting composition, property, dimension and so on; be able to analyze quality defects.

专业知识扎实、熟悉熟悉铸件成分、性能及外观、尺寸等的检查方法，能够正确分析铸造缺陷。

3quicker learner with excellent logic ability. 善于学习，有较强的逻辑思维能力。

4Go commend of English. 有良好的英语沟通能力。

5Be able to handle internal & external communication in terms of quality issues. 有足够的沟通能力，能够就质量问题在公司内部和外部进行良好的沟通。
