岗位职责/ Job Requirement:
1. 负责公司质量管理体系的有效运行，根据公司的实际情况健全内部质量管理和保证体系；
Responsible for the effective running of Quality management system, improve internal quality management and The internal quality management and guarantee system
2. 负责产品质量检验标准的制订，过程控制和最终检定的有效实施；
Responsible for the set up products quality inspection standard, process control and final testing.
3. 负责产品质量改进，对质量问题和缺陷的调查分析和处理，制订并监督改进计划的贯彻与落实；
Responsible for the quality improvement, Investigation analysis and processing, formulate and implement the improvement plan.
4 .与销售配合处理客户质量投诉，主动进行客户质量服务，同时组织内部质量人员对客户投诉情况进行汇总分析，彻查原因及制订相应的改善措施；
Assist Sales dept to deal with customer complain, actively provide QC service to customer, organize the internal QC staff to summarize, investigate and work out solution for the customer complain.
5. 和生产、技术等部门紧密沟通，及时发现生产中的质量隐患，监督相关部门采取预防措施；
Close cooperation with production, technical dept., identify the quality hidden problem in production , supervise the related dept to adopt the prevention method.
6. 上级领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求/ Qualifications:
1. 相关专业大专及以上学历；
College graduate or above
2. 具有5年以上工作经验，2年以上相关行业质量及项目管理经验；
Over 5 years working experience, over 2 years relevant quality management experience in the similar industry
3. 熟悉注塑行业；
Familiar with injection industry
4. 精通ISO9001，有内审员资格；
Proficient in ISO9001, Internal auditor certificate holder
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力；
Good English both oral and written.
6. 熟练掌握电脑知识，能运用相关质量分析软件对数据进行分析判断；
Proficient in Computer skill, could analyze the data by the relevant analysis software
7. 有较强的组织能力和人际协调沟通能力。
Good organization skill and interpersonal skill
