职位描述
Work location: Malaysia Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibility:
1.Team Management of Technical Helpdesk.
2.The contents of the project.
3.Support MS Office/Office 365.
4.Support Original applications of Client.
5.Support Hardware.(PC, copy machine).
6.1st level of trouble shooting support.
7.1st level of Server Monitoring.
8.Escalate problems. 24 hours/365
Qualifications
1.At least 3 years IT call center experiences with Bilingual excellent Japanese and English Speaking & writing Skill, JLPT1 is a must.Excellent English communication skills is a must
2.Experienced team performance management, Quality Management
3.Able to make Performance Report in order to manage the team.
4.Able to understand about capability, availability of the team because there are possibilities to expand the project.
5.Knowledge of basic network. (Structure of internet, etc.)
6.Knowledge of Linux, UNIX. (Able to use Shell command)
Candidates accepted offer letter would be provided the following benefits:
