Work Location: Malaysia
Job Responsibility:
Design for Network Diagram
1. Assign port and create network diagram based on SO (service order) Coordinate schedule for node engineering work and submit work order.
2. PE configuration and Path setting.
3. Node - Access line - CPE test.
4. Create Access line test sheet.
5. Access line test and ping test
Working hours Information:
9AM-6PM. Monday to Friday but may require to work on extended time zone to process customer request. In future, the team might be converted into full shift work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor above with at least 3 years related working experience; good English and Japanese language skills to work independently in a non-Chinese speaking enviroment(is a must).
2. 3 years of supervisory or team management experience
3. Basic understanding of network technologies and IP technologies.
4. Network knowledge [IP-VPN service and Wide Area Ethernet]
5. Holder of CCNP, or equivalent working experience of implementation and/or operation of network (L1, L2 and/or L3) in Carrier (Network provider side).
6. Shift work is acceptable. (24hours x 7days operation is planned.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work as a team member.
10.Desire to go above and beyond to improve our quality of customer services and operational efficiency.
