Working Location: Maylasia Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibility:
1.Able to understand company services and customer needs to provide suitable solution
2.Build a close rapport with potential customers for further follow up on future prospect
3.Prepare summary report on daily and monthly activities performed for further evaluation and strategy
?Provide Technical Support (diagnosis & troubleshoot) to customers via email & telephone for computer systems/peripherals/applications within standard time frames
?Always shows sense of urgency in answering customer email or call and resolving customer issue
4.Willing work in shifts(24x7 coverage support)
Qualifications
1.At least 1years IT call center experiences with Bilingual excellent Japanese and English Speaking & writing Skill, JLPT1 is a must.
2.Basic Network Skill; Knowledge of MS office;Basic Linux/Unix knowledge;Windows PC/Server Trouble shooting Skill
