Job Responsibility

ORDER FOLLOW UP AND SYSTEM
1.Support Merchandisers to follow up the whole order process and update the situation properly
2.Upon receiving the order make sure the details are correct and no information is missing before sending it to the supplier (labels, care instructions, sample, lab-dip requirements etc)
3.Data input (e.g. CIT, prix,L/T, Bistro, sample registration etc) in OFS as well as the on time delivery chart
4.Assist Merchandisers to arrange and follow external and internal lab tests to be done together with the lab and inform the supplier about these tests. Inform the QCs about not OK results on time. Secure quality after risk assessemnt meetings

SAMPLE HANDLING AND DELIVERY FOLLOW UP :OFS
1.Follow sample handling routine
2.Close relation with technicians for quicker sample delivery and sample report
3.Assist Merchandisers to keep close track of delivery status and inform the department to prevent any delays

COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPLIERS
1.Be in contact with the suppliers and follow the situation properly and make sure you give all necessary and accurate information to them on time

Job Requirements

A) Education
1.Preferable education from Polytechnic or Technical Institute
2.Good command of English
3.Able to use all Microsoft applications
B) Work experience
1.Experience in merchandising field is an advantage
C)Additional requirements
1.Interested in fashion
2.Eager to learn
