职位描述
New Products / Projects
1. Coordinate with PE to implement new products, from quoting and design to start of production, and customer approvals, main by
a. Work with PE in quoting for new business
b. Assist production with engineering and design team work for new tooling and equipment.
c. Participate in product development and general seal and material test programs as required.
d. Prepare requirement specification and drawing documentation for new production equipment.
e. Identify, develop and work with subcontractors.
f. Coordinate with maintenance department, debug and approve new equipment.
g. Prepare process and equipment related work instructions for new equipment.
h. Arrange Initial training of production department in new equipment and processes.
i. Insure that project plans, quality and safety requirements are meet.
j. Provide technical support for customers, distributors, sales engineers as required.
2. Lead the new equipment and processes transfer projects
Continuous improvement
3. Leading and participating in Continuous improvement projects
4. Analyze and identify cause and corrective actions for non conforming product.
5. Trouble shooting on the production lines.
6. Improve process yield, and reduce process costs.
7. Lead the LEAN manufacturing.
8. Maintain the BOM & Routing in ERP system.
9. Coordinate TPM with the Production and Maintenance team
10. And, all other things that the management deem necessary

要求 Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Major in mechanical engineering.
2. Good English skills in speech and writing.
3. Experience in working with 3D modeling systems, preferred Autodesk Inventor.(nice to have)
4. Experience in working with Autodesk AutoCAD.
5. Have basic understanding on turning, milling and molding manufacturing processes.
6. Experience in and be able to understand blueprints/drawings and diagrams
7. Personnel qualifications:
a. quality oriented team player,
b. conscientious,
c. capable of handling larger projects,
d. analytical nature,
e. ability to analyze project requirements and determine best practice,
f. work under pressure with limited or no supervision
g. self-motivated
