With deep knowledge and experience in the China market, we advise companies on their long term brand strategy, developing near term tactical planning for execution across communications, product, and retail touch points.


Job responsibilities include:
· Develop creative two-dimensional solutions to fulfill client marketing objectives in a variety of venue applications including customer events, business shows, special events, press events, permanent showrooms, and other environments.
· Integrate the graphic design process with message content to create branded architectural solutions. When appropriate, develop entertainment and/or theatrical applications for live presentations.
· Develop graphic solutions that integrate with client and agency marketing communication objectives.
· Demonstrate ability to lead interdisciplinary working team through the project process from discovery to delivery.
· Demonstrate ability to simultaneously manage multiple client projects and meet all critical path parameters, as well as all budgetary objectives.
· Demonstrate ability to interact with clients in a senior creative role, including brainstorming meetings and input sessions.
· Assume creative position in presentations, and choreograph a well organized thought process communicating the conceptual thought behind work.
· Collaborating with teams of diverse event marketing professionals interpreting client information, market issues, consumer and business needs into successful messages, graphic communications in exhibits, events, AV and collateral.
· Creative development and communication of brand positioning and audience specific messages within exhibit, event and business show environments.
· Active participation with other designers and outside resources in the creation, assembly and preparation of presentations.
· Insure deadlines are met and event quality to company standard
· Other related duties as reasonably assigned

The ideal candidates will have / be:
· Interested in luxury / lifestyle brands, media and communications
· College degree from accredited school. Major in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related curriculum (Masters Preferred)
· Strong portfolio of high-caliber work
· Proven graphic design and sketching skills
· Demonstrable understanding of marketing and business problem solving to map strategic options.
· Committed to excellence in design
· Clear communication skills
· 3+ years of experience at an in-house or agency studio.
· Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
