岗位：客服专员

招聘要求：

1、全日制大学本科学历，至少一年以上工作经验，有客服工作经验或者相关销售背景者优先；
2、普通话标准流利，耐心细致，适合从事电子商务类客服工作；
3、熟悉互联网络，熟练使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件；
4、有亲和力，具有较强的表达、理解、协调能力，思路敏捷，具有团队精神；
5、能承受一定的压力，要有较强的责任心，有极大的耐心能够妥善处理客户关系。

岗位职责概述：
1、负责电子元器件行业电商平台的客户关系沟通、网上订单处理及跟踪；
2、负责接听客服热线、在线解答用户咨询，解决客户问题、详细做好问题记录；
3、负责收集和整理客户建议，跟踪问题解决进度，并及时回复客户；
4、负责定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期客户关系；
5、负责整理分析客户问题和意见，配合其他部门调整策略、改进和完善网站服务质量。
