Key Responsibilities

1. Lead POSM development from concept to implementation for:
1).Generic corporate point of sales material (POSM);
2).Product & key account thematic and promotional POSM
3).Demo tool development & implementation;
4).Other enquires from internal, sales and clients;
5).POSM monitoring and execution tracking.
2. Ensure all POSM tasks are completed on time at required standard with high quality.
3. Judge existing supplier and develop new suppliers.
4. Responsible for POSM budget and review POSM price accordingly.

Job Requirements

1. Education/Qualification: University degree and above, major in Marketing, Business, Design or Communication is preferred.
2. Working Experience: At least 4 years of MNC working experience in POSM in Marketing, trade-marketing and /or design agency. Experience in optical industry is a strong plus.
3. Language Requires: Fluent Chinese with good command of English (written & spoken).
4. Travel Requires: Occasional travel is required.
5. Others:
? Excellent understanding and experience in developing and implementing POSM.
? Good communication skills with extensive experience in managing agencies.
? Strong team player and experience in cross-functional project management.
? Creative, self motivated and able to manage key stakeholders to complete tasks on time;
? Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
? Mature with good interpersonal skills.
