职位描述：
1、带领团队完成拜访客户、拓展市场等工作；
2、制定市场拓展计划，带领团队完成业务业绩等；
3、能够独立完成与客户报价、签订合同和后续项目执行的沟通等工作。

任职要求：
1、正规院校本科及以上学历，对建筑/室内设计行业熟悉者优先；
2、至少3年以上销售或市场拓展工作经验，有奢侈品行业工作经验者优先；
3、具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；
4、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力；
5、熟练的英语书写能力。

Job description:
1. Lead the team to visit customers, extend market share and so on;
2. Make business development plan, lead the team to achieve revenue target;
3. Could communicate with customers independently, bid preparation, sign the contract and follow the construction implementing.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with interior decoration design industry is preferred;
2. 3 years working experience in sales and business development, the luxury goods industry sales experience is preferred;
3. With strong communication skills, strain capacity and negotiations ability;
4. Excellent customer service consciousness, and brand/ marketing planning ability;
5. Written English fluently is must.
