工作资格：

1.High school or above.

2.At least 5 years relevant work experiences in molding plastics manufacturing company， including 3 years as a shift supervisor is required

至少五年以上相关模具注塑公司工作经验，其中至少三年翻班主管工作经验，

3.Team worker ,Responsibility, can work under pressure

积极向上，责任心强，具团队合作精神, can work under pressure

4.Basic English reading and writing skill

RESPONSIBILITIES

工 作 职 责：

1、Allocate working loading for individual operator according to production schedule and follow up，ensure molding machine utilization and efficiency improvement.

根据生产计划进行操作工的生产任务分配并监督执行,保证注塑机的利用率和效率的提升。

2、Complete production output report every shift and ensure the accuracy of the data reported

负责制作日产量报表和相关数据的准确性。

3、Managing the production of shift work force to meet production, delivery and Quality targets

监督员工严格按照工艺文件进行操作确保其操作方法准确，交货时包装、质量等符合客户要求。

4、Daily 5S implementation and follow up，PPE and consumable material control

监督执行现场的5S工作，现场劳保用品低值易耗品的管控。

5、Performance review of operators, provide internal necessary training to operators and documented

考核作业人员的工作纪律和生产绩效,作业人员的作业技能培训并记录在案。

6、Packaging material handling and periodically stock for PACKWIP and TRANSIT

产前的各种技术资料和包材的准备，定期库位盘点。

7、Control the material flow, identification and traceability， manage machine operation, solve machine problem in time

生产过程中的标识控制,注塑机操作的管理，及时解决机器出现的问题。

8、Responsible for the shift staff interview, recruitment, disciplinary issue etc, all related of your shift

负责你的班上的员工面试，招聘，纪律处分等该班上所有事务。

9、Other job tasked by managers

完成领导交代的其他事项。
