Job Title

Sales Training Instructor

Responsibilities

Prepare & deliver dealer Sales training.
Based on trainee feedback provide input into course development supplier.
Provide class room or 1:1 training delivery in classroom environment and/or on dealer site.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in Business/Automotive or equivalent qualification
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Automotive Industry Sales &/or Marketing operations
English skills: Excellent (Minimum CET6 / TEM4)
PC skills: Very good in Microsoft Office & Power Point
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent. Wide communication network
Leadership skills: Very good team leader and ability to drive and encourage staff.

Justification why position is required at this time:

Delar Training commences in July.
