LOCATION: Changshou RD, Putuo District

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for building, editing, and testing email campaigns, as well as other digital marketing services. In this position, you will work closely with the marketing team to send email newsletters to hundreds of thousands of online shoppers about the best deals from American e-commerce stores.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the daily production, scheduling, delivery and reporting of targeted email communications

- Utilize member behavior and data to target email lists

- Validate functionality and appearance across browsers and platforms

- Analyze results of promotional campaigns to propose tests and ideas for improvement

- Maintain relationships and work with partners in America to oversee localization of assets needed to support campaigns

- Prioritize daily workload to accomplish successful coordination and execution of email campaigns

-Lead the creative campaigns released through email every month

-Set up classified data base for products and users

- A/B test different newsletter and email layouts

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Online/HTML experience

- Experience with email service providers. Email marketing experience is preferred, especially with vendors like Epsilon China or WebPower.

-Experience with e-commerce, Fast Moving Consumer Goods is preferred

- Excellent data quality control skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment

- Ability to manage to deadlines and communicate effectively with leadership

- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi task

- Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a technologically related field is preferred

职责范围：

1、负责市场部日常DEM 邮件的运营，包括编辑、投放到目标用户并汇报效果；

2、根据用户行为和数据确定目标邮件列表；

3、测试浏览器和平台的功能和表现；

4、分析促销活动，并根据分析结果提供测试和建议进一步提高促销效果；

5、与美国合作伙伴保持良好的关系，整体规划活动需要的资源并有效的本地化；

6、合理安排日常工作的优先顺序，高效完成邮件营销活动的协调和执行；

7、领导和管理每月一次的创意性邮件促销活动；

8、建立分类产品数据库和用户数据库；

9、对营销邮件和编排进行A/B 测试；

任职资格：

1、互联网/HTML 相关经验；

2、有邮件市场营销经验的优先，尤其在Epsilon 和 WebPower的工作经验者优先；

3、有电商和快消行业经验的优先；

4、优秀的数据质量管理能力；

5、适应快节奏、目标导向管理的工作环境；

6、卓越的组织能力、注重细节和多任务把控能力；

7、对新技术的学习和适应能力；

8、本科及以上学历，商业、市场和技术相关专业优先。
