岗位描述

系统工程师主要负责分析用户需求，完成基本设计文档，主持设计文档的评估并且监督详细设计的过程。

角色和职责

• 根据客户的需求负责完成基本设计。
• 领导收集和验证客户的需求并写成文档，领导并参与业务流程模型的制定，需求收集和分析，用户案例的管理，功能设计的建立等活动。
• 主持设计的评估并且能找出设计中的问题和提供解决方案。
• 和程序员或开发人员一起确保详细设计的正确完成。
• 领导开发团队对所写的代码进行评估，并对某些代码进行必要的改正和/或改进。
• 当项目交付时，确保在系统性能，设计，规模和编码方面没有主要的技术问题。
• 参与对技术标准和开发框架的制定。
• 为开发团队提供相关的培训，并能解决一些重要问题。

岗位要求

· 拥有计算机科学或计算机工程学位

· 拥有至少五年对复杂项目进行系统分析和基本设计的能力。

· 拥有丰富的金融行业，特别是证券领域的业务知识

· 具有丰富的运用Java, VB, C#，C++，web开发程序的经验

· 期望熟练掌握iPad/iPhone的开发技术。

· 具有良好的咨询，分析，设计，面试和表现能力。

· 良好的日语或英语沟通能力，能与客户很好交流确认需求文档的每一细节。

· 很强的书写和口头交流能力。

· 突出的的解决冲突和解决问题的能力。

· 很好地理解其他国家的文化，与来自外国的项目组成员很好的工作。

· 能在一个快速发展，变化和模糊地环境中工作。

· 组织能力强，并关注细节。

Job Title: Senior System Engineer (SSE)/System Engineer(SE)

Reporting to: Head of Delivery ,

Job Location: Shanghai

Description:

A system engineer is responsible for analyzing the user requirement and completing the high level design document, conducting the design review and overseeing the detail design process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the high level design or basic design according to customer requirements.
• Lead the functional requirements gathering sessions with the customer. Document and validate functional requirements with the customer. Lead and participate in activities related to business process modeling, requirements gathering and analysis, use case development, and functional design creation for designated areas of the business.
• Conduct design review and able to identify the problems and provide resolutions.
• Work with the programmers or developers to ensure the detail design is correctly done.
• Lead the team to run the code review and make necessary corrections and/or improvements.
• Ensure that there are no basic technical problems when project is released such as system performance, design, scalability and coding issues.
• Participate in the definition of the technical standard and development framework.
• Provide training to the technical team and be able to resolve any critical issues.

Requirements:

· Degree in computer science or computer engineering.

· Demonstrated success in system analysis and high level design of complex projects for at least 5 years.

· Business process knowledge in financial sectors, preferably in securities.

· Solid experience in Java, VB, C# or C++ programming and web development

· Experience in iPad/iPhone technology is desired.

· General consulting, analysis and design, interviewing and presentation skills.

· Good communication skills in Japanese and/or English. Be able to communicate with the customers to finalize the requirement specifications.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Exceptional problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills

· Could understand culture of other country and work with people of different country smoothly.

· Ability to work in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments.

· Highly organized and detail oriented.
