We are looking for someone who posses excellent communication skills to liaise with our customers in China, various Perstorp sites globally and different internal and external counterparts on orders, shipment matters and customer requests.

Responsibility:
? Fulfill customer orders – Manage orders from order entry till documentation receiving for imports as well as domestic deliveries
? Coordinate and resolve any issues regarding orders and shipments by closely working with Production Sites, Sales office, credit manager and 3rd party logistics providers
? Closely monitor shipping status and keep external and internal customers notified
? Maintain Customer Master Data
? Handle Complaints- From complaint entry to follow-up till the closing of a complaint
? Coordinate on overdue payments
? Initiate and/or lead improvement activities
? Provide any other support & consultancy to customers and sales force
? Ensure that all activities are in line with Perstorp policies and procedures while meet customer requirements

Requirements:
? Diploma in Business Administration, international trading , Chemical Engineering or equivalent
? Customer oriented -prepared to take extra mile for customers, have a commercial mindset and see opportunities rather than problems.
? Good problem solving, interpersonal, communications skills and team work spirit, capable for working independently
? Initiatively and proactively foresee risks and mitigate the same, has continuous improvement mindset
? Able to multi-task and take high pressure during business peak seasons
? Result and performance driven
? Fluent in both English and Mandarin speaking
? SAP knowledge is an advantage
