Management Trainee Program Overview
Tradex China offers a Management Trainee program for graduates that guide and support the career path of talented graduates. It aims to develop young talents with strong potential to become a future leader for our major business.
Our management Trainee program is 18 months in duration. During that time, each candidate will
1. Go through a customized training curriculum in specific business, management and personal development areas
2. Rotate through major business functions for on-the-job training
3. Complete the project assignments with opportunities to work with the management team and broaden your exposure
Who we are looking for
1. University Graduates from any discipline; those with less than 2 years’ working experience will also be considered
2. Keen interest in pursuing a career in IT applied to financial derivatives industries
3. Energetic with excellent people skills
4. Presentable, self motivate with confidence and maturity
5. Career oriented and willing to commit time and energy
6. Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast track program
7. Good command of spoken and written English
8.Adapt to shift work (15:00 - 24:00)
