任职要求：
1、市场营销、广告策划等相关专业，本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
2、优秀的表达与沟通能力，极佳的创意能力，头脑灵活，个性开朗；
3、具有较跳跃的思考能力和较强的文字包装能力，有可独立撰写市场活动企划案及执行活动的能力。
4、能独立胜任并完成年度市场推广、全案策划，具有较成熟的操作与管理流程经验；
5、有独立操作品牌个案经验；
6、熟知广告公司工作流程，有 4A广告公司供职经验者优先；
7、正直，工作敬业，有良好的团队合作精神；
8、有一定的英语沟通能力。
岗位职责：
1、组织收集、整理、准确解读客户需求，掌控项目整体策划和创意简报的撰写；
2、独立开展市场分析和广告策划；
3、组织项目的计划和实施，监控所属项目进度，确保项目按时、按质完成；
4、优秀的独立提案能力以及流畅准确的提案表述能力；
