4、具备策略性创意思考，具有较强的概念性发散思维能力，习惯各种思维方式；
5、配合创意团队并对项目进行掌控，并具有极强的提案能力，用策略性思考赢得客户；
6、具备一定文学功底，有较强的撰稿和文字编辑能力，行文流畅，熟悉各种广告文体和各种传播形式所需文案特点；
7、对文案创作及广告设计表现有较深的造诣；
8、善于沟通、合作，敬业、踏实，富有团队协作精神和责任感以及极强的演说能力，具备快速作战和持久作战能力
居住地莘庄附近者优先录用。
