职位描述

Title: Technical Trainer (Base at Guangzhou)


The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Training
Deliver technical training to client’s apprentices.
Provide support for regular training sessions.
Enforce basic and advanced training standards and methods across all markets.
Prepare training curriculum and materials.

Training Development / Localization
Analyze and assess training needs of client’s dealerships.
Support the design, localization and development of training and orientation programs.
Support the implementation of client’s training tools and learning platforms.
Support the development of client’s training standards and processes.

Mentoring Responsibilities
Observe and evaluate the apprentices by regular training and assessment.
Give advices to apprentices on their employment.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:
Technical Expertise and knowledge in engine repair, engine performance, heating and air conditioning, electrical systems, failure diagnostic, transmissions, axle and brakes.
Educational and Training background with a strong knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and traning design, teaching and instruction of adult individuals and groups.
Experienced in the measurement of training effects which include methods and techniques to evaluate trainer and training programs.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Experienced in training planning, resource allocation, time management and coordination of people and resoures for training events.
After Sales experience in the automotive retail industry, knowledge of the processes, functions, workflows inside an automobile distribution network.
A minimum of five years of comprehensive experience in the automobile industry as Senior/Master Trainer with the related trainer certificates from international automobile manufacturer.
Must be able to work in an international environment, especially comfortable to work with British colleagues.
Willing to travel frequently within China and abroad.
English and Chinese Language skills
