I.T Systems Administration and Support Supervisor - Full time

Have more than 5 years RETAIL I.T support and administration experience?
Want to grow your career?

Like provide a high level of support to lap top and desk top computer users?

Have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems?

High level competency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint?

Worked for a foreign company?

Excellent Grooming and dress standard?

I.T Systems Administration and Support Supervisor will:

Build and Support PC Hardware and server software as required to diva International standards.
Maintain data back up and archive services.
Maintain and support communications equipment including cell phones, local phone systems and teleconferencing systems.
Provide on call assistance during store operating hours.

Maintain high level of personal grooming and presentation.

Liaise with local POS vendor for hardware support and issue resolution

I.T Systems Administration and Support Supervisor Qualifications required is:

MCSE qualifications (Microsoft certified systems engineer)

Microsoft Server Windows server

Server Hardware Systems

Microsoft exchange

Firewalls and VPNs

Database administration

Help Desk Experience

Peripheral knowledge (I.E Printers, Fax Machines, Scanners, Copiers etc)
