The Aditya Birla Group is looking for candidates with 2-4 years’ experience in Sourcing, Marketing, Trading of Chemicals / Chemical equipment and Machinery for their Shanghai Office.

1. Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to cater to the current Chemicals market in China for Aditya Birla Group’s Chemicals Business., and look for new opportunities to grow the business in the country (CHINA)
To Identify suppliers of Raw Materials and Chemicals from China.
To Identify suppliers of Equipment and Machinery from China.
To carry out Vendor Development – Check on Vendor’s Company registration, Legal details, Manufacturing capability, Customer Reference, Quality of product, Export permission etc.
To carry out extensive supply side research and gather market intelligence towards competitor activities in the region.
To deal with suppliers and ensure timely delivery/ shipment of raw materials
To visit potential suppliers for need identifications
To analyze market demand & price monitoring of raw materials continuously.
To enable testing / inspection of samples / supplies as may be required.
To participate / visit trade shows / exhibitions for sourcing new suppliers of raw materials for the Company
To market the products of the Company to customers in China.


2. Qualifications and Experience

Experience in Trading of Chemicals, Chemical equipment and Machinery of 2-3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science or Engineering.
Ability to speak English
Pro Active and dynamic.
Willing to travel if necessary
Age not more than 27 years.
Salary depends on experience and qualifications

2. 资历和经验

化学品，化工设备与机械2-3年的相关经验。
化学，科学或工程的学士学位。
英语口语能力良好
积极主动，有活力。
如有必要，愿意出差
年龄不超过27年。

The Company has four Business Divisions, at four different locations in Thailand. It is in the business of Phosphates, Sulfites, Caustic Soda/ Chlorine, Peroxide and Epoxy Resins, besides Viscose Yarn and Fluorine chemicals Over 50% of the products are exported within ASEAN, Europe, the USA and China..
