Position: Finance Manager (For R&D)
Function: Finance
Report to: ER&D Finance Controller
Location: Jiading, Shanghai
Task description:
1. Lead the analysis and explain the operation financial data and project cost, provide the quality suggestion for operation decision making, improve the profitable capacity.
2. Review and assistant the accounting team to maintain General Ledger and other general accounting records and related controls and ensures the set-up and the progress of proper accounting and clerical methods and systems.
3. Set-up and maintain the cost centers.
4. Audit and control the operating and CAPEX costs, ensure the maximum benefit of company.
5. Build and maintain program costs tracking system, assistant program management to control the project costs.
6. Build and enhances the system of internal controls including a timely and accurate reconciliation process.
7. Responsible for SAFE, MOFTEC, Financing & Legal issues relative to financial matters of the division.
8. Others assigned by ER&D controller and upper management.
Qualifications:
1 Bachelor of Administrative Studies, MBA is preferred.
2 4 to 6 years of accounting and administrative experience in the automotive R&D or manufacturing environment.
3 Knowledge of MRP Systems and Information Systems, with implementation experience.
4 Knowledge of SAP (PS, FI/CO,MM) is preferred.
5 Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English.
6 Ability to communicate well with people at all levels.
7 Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter, responsible, team player and an active listener.
8 Must be able to display and interpret the financial statement with the varieties tools.
