Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
机械或电气工程本科以上学历

相应行业工作经验
Working Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of facility maintenance experience preferably in a cGMP/Pharmaceutical environment.
在制药或者医疗单位从事5年以上的设备维修经验

技能和专业要求
Skill & Specialty requirement：
1. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Environmental Controls, EHS, Industrial Waste Water, Cleanroom/HVAC systems, preferably with a Certificate of “National Cleanroom Engineer”.
对空调系统，环境控制，环境安全，工业废水，洁净室空调系统有系统的专业知识，最好是具备“国际洁净室工程师”资质的。
2. Solid practical experience in plant facility maintenance, operation execution & supervision.
对厂房设备维护，操作执行管理有丰富经验的。
3. Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle work related stress.
有较强的处理解决问题的能力，并有适应工作压力的能力。
4. Good people management skills and analytical capabilities with strong ability to identify and correct root causes.
有较强的管理以及分析能力，对问题的根源有较强的判断能力。
5. Good interpersonal, communication skills and motivator with proactive attitude.
有良好的人际沟通技巧，并具备积极向上的态度。
6. Team player with pleasant personalities and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
个性乐观有良好的团队精神，具备独立工作的能力。
7. Preferable to communicate, write and listen in English with all level of people.
有良好的英语听说写能力。

工作职责权限
Job Responsibility & Authority:
1. Manage day-to-day operation and ensure system is operating in optimized condition and report on any system failure or deficiencies.
负责日常的操作确保系统正常运行，如果有任何故障或缺陷及时汇报。
2. To carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities system supporting the clean-room such as HVAC, process vacuum, compressor ，exhausts and electrical installations.
执行每日的维修并对供给洁净室的的设备系统，比如说空调系统，通风系统，电气系统和空压机进行改进性维保。
3. Establish & implement (SOP) for operation & maintenance of HVAC facilities systems.
建立并实行对空调系统的操作和维保
4. Compliance to EHS and regulatory requirement (statutory and international standard) for all maintenance and project works.
对所有的维护保养和工程都要执行EHS和遵守法律法规（国标和国际标准）。
5. Take leadership and training in execution of preventive maintenance program, repair & critical equipment breakdown maintenance.
负责领导和培训维护保养程序，维修&鉴定设备损坏的维修执行工作。
6. Assist the manager to ensure that the plant complies to building and industry safety regulations.
协助经理保证工厂符合建造和生产安全规程。
7. Management of vendors and contractors for outsourced services to ensure fulfillment of contract terms and agreement .
管理外包服务的供应商和承包商确保他们履行合同条款和协议。
8. Review and make improvement on current maintenance program or system performance including log-sheet, check-list, record retention and etc.
检阅并改进目前的保养程序和系统程序，包括记录表，检查表，和文档的存档等。
9. Support, participate in – and execute task as member of new process and/ or new products projects team, whenever directed by supervisor.
作为新程序或者新项目的执行员之一无论何时都要支持并参与进管理员指导的团队中。
