I. BROAD FUNCTION: 主要职能
The Production Supervisor is responsible for consistently produce and supply products that exceed customer expectations, to assure employee growth and development. 生产主管是负责生产和提供超过客户要求的产品，确保员工成长和发展。


Report to Production Manager.报告给生产经理


II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要责任
1. To ensure a safe work environment for employees and the implementing safety SOP. 确保本班组员工的安全工作环境和安全标准操作程序的执行。
2. Be responsible for checking front floor workers, equipment and sanitation to meet GMP.负责生产本班组区域内的每天人员；设备；清洁状况检查
3. Be responsible for coordinating other department employee in the plant when on duty.负责协调当班组的工厂其他合作部门的人员。
4. To ensure the production and supply of products in compliance with Quality Specifications.确保生产和提供的产品符合质量要求。
5. To protect the company and customer brands ensuring the compliance to regulatory requirements.保护公司和客户品牌，以确保符合要求
6. To assure production information in SAP system is entered correctly and on a timely manner 保证在SAP内的生产信息的正确，及时的登陆.
7. To actively participate in the continuous improvement process for product quality, food safety and quality system.积极地参与产品质量，食品安全和质量系统的程序的持续发展
8. To take corrective actions for any deviations found in the Production department.纠正任何不相符的操作
9. Be responsible to develop, coach and provide training for all subordinate. 负责发展，指导和提供培训所有下属员工
10. Be responsible to summarize and confirm the staff attendance record, including lateness, leave early, asking for leaving and work overtime.负责生产本班组员工每月考勤的汇总和审核。包括迟到、早退、请假和加班等。
11. Be responsible to summarize and confirm the performance evaluation of operators.负责生产本班组员工的绩效评估的汇总和审核。。
12. Report safety accident or big problems of equipment and quality to the Production Manager. 将员工的安全事故和生产线的重大设备或质量问题报告至生产经理。
13. Be responsible for the SOP writing 负责标准操作流程的编写
14. Be responsible for the improvement project which is assigned by Manager 负责执行经理指派的改进项目。
15. Follow company policies and procedures.服从公司政策和程序
16. Any additional activities assigned by supervisor 领导交办的其他任务


III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE教育，技能和经验
1. Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related field大学食品科学或相关专业
2. Desirable English language有一定的英语水平
3. Minimum 5 years experience in a Management Position. 至少有2年的管理经验.
4. Minimum 5 years experience in Food Manufacturing至少有2年的食品生产经验.
5. Good Communication and leadership skill 良好的沟通及领导能力
