Mission:
- I check application of terms negotiated by the market manager or negotiation team: end of year discounts, payment terms etc.
- I analyse the profitability of my biggest suppliers, and alert on changes.
- I do monthly and annual local financial reports.
- I analyse monthly Profit & Lost and Balance Sheet and report to all brand managers.
- I control that the costs budget is observed.
- I implement advertising cost-tracking event by event, and allocate a sub-ledger to each event.
- I produce and communicate a monthly report of advertising costs to the director of marketing and communications
- I am skilled in and improve financial tools (SAP, hyperion, E-One, Excel, etc.)
- I communicate all information linked to accountant activity.
- I guarantee accurate and quality accounting.
- I measure the brand's accounting performance using the monthly dashboard.
- I decide, deploy and coordinate action plans with the accounts administrator.


Profile:
Sportive and dynamic
At least 3-year working experiences in accounting and with the related education background
Acquire all the related certificates
Proficiency in Microsoft application, handling finance system well(excel, SAP, Oracle...)
Curious and open minded
Good communication skill
High adaptability (need to be operational quickly)
Initiative and with highly motivation
