Job Description:

n Provide the highest level of service excellence to relocate executives and their families

n Assist executives and families to understand the process and available resources when moving to Guangzhou

n Represent general brokerage and corporate tenants in home search and negotiations

n Build and maintain relationships with landlords to facilitate effective negotiations

n Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services

n Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales

Requirements:

n Fluency in English and Mandarin

n Working experience in the Guangzhou real estate market preferred

n Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills

n Enjoyment of the real estate industry and helping people

n Personable and able to build relationships

n Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
