职位描述:
1. 售前技术支持(销售部及公司内部技术支持),及售前相关技术流程核查.
2. 协同销售工程师访问重要客户/代理商,提供技术方案及了解同行业的相关产品.
3. 与HQ的技术部门保持沟通与交流.
4. 协助KAM及区域经理完成开发市场的所需的技术信息及支持.
职位要求：
年 龄： 25－35岁
业务经验及要求：
*熟练操作计算机办公软件及CAD制图(2D和3D)
*减速机行业技术支持经验2年及以上，减速机行业工作经验优先;
*本科以上机械专业背景或相关行业技术背景优先;
*具有很强的工作责任感及进取心
*良好的中文和英文交流能力
*良好的团队合作能力

Job description and responsibilities of the TSM:
- Technical support to the customer and internally to the Company in terms of tech specs and selection of the product
- Monitor the quality flow of the pre-sales activity
- Visit the customers together with KAM and distributors to offer tech solution to the customer and to know more of the product of competitors
- Knowledge of the products of the competitors, and prepare tech sheet to compare with our solution
- Point of contact with Technical Sales Dept of Rossi HQ
- Cooperate to develop tech info in marketing plan working in team with Rossi China KAM`s and Industrial Sector Manager of Rossi HQ

Technical Sales Manager skills characteristic:
Age: 25 – 35 years old
Education background: technical background is required, with Degree in mechanical and industrial engineer
Languages: English good in spoken and writing. Mandarin fluent.
PC Software knowledge: basic Microsoft Office software. 2D and 3D drawing software
Job background: at least 3 years of job experience Tech or R&D Dept in gear reducer co. is preferential
Other sectors accepted: Tech or R&D Dept of mechanical or hydraulic coupling, pump and compressors, electric motors, or other power transmission industries.
Salary proposal:
Fixed salary for 13 months salary
Bonus granted upon sales and marketing targets achievements can max is 20% of the total yearly fixed salary.
