职位描述
Key Tasks:
1) Develop and implement supply strategy.
2) Gradually driven for localization of key parts and strategic parts.
3) Lead supply engineer to search new supplier for new project and replace unqualified suppliers.
4) Lead the coordination with SQE and engineering department to support supplier to deliver goods OTIF.
5) Optimize local customs and logistic solutions.
6) Lead PMC and WH team to maintain ERP system, better forecasting and lead time planning to drive cost down and reduce inventory.
7) Organizing monthly inventory review and provide monthly report.
8) Other ad hoc tasks assigned by top management.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering related subject.
2) At least 8 years’ SCM experience with 3 years’ on managerial position in multinational company.
3) Solid knowledge on customs, logistic and fabrication parts/component sourcing.
4) Strong PMC background would be preferred. .
5) JIT and lean production know how is a plus.
6) Fluent English speaking and writing.
