- 熟练操作丝网印刷机

- 快速分析及解决自动丝网印刷的故障和简单的生产工艺问题

- 熟练制作网版（包括张网、刮胶、曝光等工序）及油墨的调配

- 保质保量完成生产计划任务

- 管理并培训下属团队

- 车间的5S工作

确保岗位操作流程符合该岗位作业指导书上的要求，确保产品质量，以满足客户的要求

任职要求（包括教育背景、工作经验、语言、工作技能技巧，性格等项目）

JOB QUALIFICATION (i.e. education, experience, education, languages, techniques & skills, personality etc.)

- 中专以上学历，3年以上印刷行业工作经验，具有360度自动平网丝印机的实际操作经验

- 具有一定的实际管理经验

- 无色弱、色盲生理缺陷

爱岗敬业，工作认真细心，责任心强，丰富的理论知识并实际动手能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧
