主要职责：

1、To be responsible for orchestrating marketing communications related duties,including advertising,media relations,direct marketing,sales promotions and event organization,for all sales and leasing projects in shanghai;

2、To maintain high quality output of work from amongst all team members;

3、To ensure all team members to comply with the work procedures stipulated by the Hong Kong office;

4、To work and coordinate closely with relevant departments in the Shanghai office,as well as the assigned sales and leasing teams from Hong Kong.

任职要求：

1、Excellent writing ability;sophisticated inter-personal communications skills;ability to comprehend Cantonese and English is preferred;

2、Proven media ties and relations building ability;experience in issue management is an added advantage;

3、Experience in working with large conglomerations and/or blue chip companies from HK/overseas;

4、Travelling to HK and other cities in China is required;

5、Sensitive; strong problem shooting ability;ambitious yet disciplined.
