BP and the Chinese Academy of Sciences have established the Clean Energy Commercialization Company (CECC) as a Sino-foreign equity Joint Venture. The purpose of this JV is to commercialize and integrate clean energy technologies for the production of fuels and chemicals. Specifically the JV will be involved in the following activities:
上海碧科清洁能源技术有限公司（简称“上海碧科”）由中国科学院与BP共同投资组建的中外合资企业，致力于清洁能源技术的集成和商业化，并应用于燃料及化工品的工业生产。其涉及业务如下：
Advanced engineering design, simulation and modelling to provide technology solution and engineering packages for the deployment of technologies in new petrochem industry chain.
以先进的工程设计、模拟及建模为用户提供技术解决方案及工艺包，使新石化产业链相关技术得以应用。
License, and transfer technology know-how to potential clients.
专有技术的许可和转让。
Provide service in catalyst development, process design, inspection, operation, training and project management for technology development and commercialization.
为技术开发和商业化提供催化剂研发、工艺设计、检验、操作、培训以及项目管理等服务。
Provide domestic and international IP management services, including act as a technology licensor/agent on behalf of technology owners.
提供国内和国际知识产权管理服务，包括代表技术所有者的授权/代理服务。

CECC JV will provide a strong platform to develop and commercialize new technology in areas of non-oil new petrochem value chain, energy saving and environmental protection, and renewable energy in China. A key success factor for the business growing will be technologies able to convert gas/coal to fuels and chemicals at lowest cost and with a progressive reduction of CO2 emission. The establishment of this JV is of strategic importance to CAS, BP and the Chinese government and an important step to help develop the basis for the future energy infrastructure of China.
上海碧科将为中国非石油新石化价值链、节能和环境保护以及可再生能源等新技术的研发和商业化提供广阔平台。公司业务的关键成功因素是以最低成本将气体或煤资源转化为燃料和化工品，并大幅减少C02的排放。合资公司的成立对中科院、BP乃至中国政府具有重大战略意义，也为中国未来能源设施建设奠定了良好基础。

The total investment for this JV is up to ~US$75m. CAS is holding 51% of the registered capital in the JV and BP is holding 49% of the registered capital. The CECC JV is located in Shanghai.
合资公司投资总额约7500万美元，其中，中科院出资51%，BP出资49%。上海碧科设立于上海。

Job Dimensions:

The Reactor Engineer role will be accountable for modeling and design of reactors, equipments and related process unit parts used in clean coal conversion processes. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate an ability to be good at reactor modeling application in petrochemical industry and familiar with various chemical reactors, especially multiphase reactors of coal to fuels and coal to chemical technologies; have a good understanding of petrochemical and clean coal technology process. The successful job holder also is able to identify and evaluate capable tools and working environment to support CECC’s technology development and commercialization, and provide engineering service for technology commercialization and trouble shooting.

Roles &Responsibilities:

- Work closely with process engineer, mechanical engineer and technical advisor to provide optimal various reactor designs through modeling and industry application experiences, which may include key coal conversion process units.

与工艺工程师、机械工程师及技术顾问紧密合作,借鉴建模和工业应用的经验提供最佳的反应器设计技术,包括煤转化过程中的核心技术。

- Conduct reactor/unit modeling to provide scale-up solution for development of process package design in close collaboration with the other staffs of Technical Team.

与技术组的其他工作人员密切合作，进行反应器/装置建模，为工艺包的设计开发提供放大性解决方案。

- Evaluate and improve reactor design through computational modeling, various reactors scaling up test and industry application feedback and experiences.

通过计算机建模、各种反应器放大性测试和工业应用的反馈和经验从而评估和改进反应器设计。

- Provide technical support for different CECC technology developments through applying reactor modeling skills and experiences

通过反应器建模技巧及经验为CECC不同的技术开发提供技术支持。

- Provide technical solution via modeling to CECC customers for trouble shooting.

- Maintain the latest reactor design technology portfolios to facilitate further technology development.

Experience:

- A proven track record in reactor/unit modeling, design, optimization and scale-up for industry application.

- 具有成功的进行反应器/装置建模、设计、优化及行业应用规模化的经验记录。

- Minimum 10-year experience in the areas of chemical engineering, petrochemical refinery and coal conversion industry.

- 在化工、石化炼油、煤转化领域等行业十年以上经验。
