Job Title Maintenance Engineering Supervisor 维修工程主管

1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

• Maintenance supervisor is a position in charge of ensuring that the production equipment would be operated smoothly, allocating work, keeping efficient spare part in stock, collaborating with suppliers and training maintenance engineers, technicians and operator.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Will be responsible for preventive and routine maintenance of the production machinery.
• Verifies machine downtime and establishes the type of intervention.
• Prepare spare parts, assesses suppliers and raises PR. Keep efficient spare part in stock.
• Innovate new approaches and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborates with supplier when machine breakdown.
• Coordinates, trains and motivates employees under him and allocates work according to priorities.
• Collaborates with others for the assessment of preventive and routine maintenance interventions, the installation of new systems and modification to existing ones.
• Handles relations with independent firms providing advice on maintenance and training.
• Updates preventive maintenance list according to Predictive Maintenance.
• Checks the annual preventive and routine maintenance plan. Input new items into MP2 system.
• Communication with outside suppliers to collect new production technology or equipment and tool.
• Work out a cost saving plan and lead the team to execute.

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Discipline to observe all safety rules and perform tasks in a manner that will avoid injury to themselves or others.
• Ability to service machinery in such a way to avoid damage to capital equipment, tools, or production line product.
• Proficiency in the safe use of basic machine shop equipment and hand held power tools.
• Understand process methods of operation and maintenance. Must understand critical component characteristics, process characteristics and equipment characteristics.
• Ability to understand and use Electronic, Electro-Mechanical and Pneumatic schematics or mechanical drawings to resolve various performance deficiencies.
• Understanding of basic mechanics, pneumatics, and electrically controlled machinery as used in an automated production environment.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills as applied to root-cause troubleshooting and analysis.
• Ability to define and produce maintenance performance reports.
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers and Numerically Controlled Machines is desired.
• Ability to update and maintain machine reference documents and technical procedures is desired.
• Prefer to know ECU, SSG and LLG..

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational:Technical BS degree.
• Experience: More than 8-10 years of work experience in a related field.
