Responsibility Profile
·Influence various levels of maintenance team to follow maintenance & reliability process. Provide maintenance & reliability support for assets management in nationwide.
·Train/Facilitate maintenance staff on reliability, availability, maintainability of asset management. Deliver best practice, benchmark and metric sharing within nationwide.
·Review, analyze and report assets condition, identify opportunities by adopting the process of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), FMEA and organize maintenance team to take improvement action.
·As a nationwide CMMS owner, train maintenance staff on operating CMMS, ensure daily data are recorded. Maintain CMMS operation and make sure the system efficiency align with maintenance & reliability strategy development.
·Conduct maintenance & reliability audit. Collect data and KPI to conduct maintenance & reliability study and analysis.
·Support various levels of maintenance team for improvement of maintenance & reliability dashboard and overall assets management performance.
·Provide advice for yearly physical assets investment plan, yearly physical assets maintenance plan.
·Communicate across various levels of maintenance team, technical team, maintenance service contractors in a proactive manner. Ensure the good cooperation and make work go on well.
·As a key member in maintenance team to reduce accident of Safety, Health, Environment.

Required Competency
·Knowledge of maintenance & reliability principle, methodology, technique.
·Knowledge of Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
·Experience of the process of continuous improvement
·Competent knowledge and experience of CMMS.
·Strong ability of data analysis to perform reliability, availability, maintainability.
·Knowledge of reliability metrics, like MTBF, MTTR.
·Fluent English in both speaking and writing
·Self driven. Ability of effectively influence and communication.
·Willingness to travel frequently in nationwide.
·At least 8 years experience as mechanical engineer, E&I engineer, maintenance engineer, reliability engineer or equivalent.
·BS degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HAVC, refrigeration or equivalent.
