This position consists in ensuring Food Safety and Quality of agricultural products for fish and seafood products for all Carrefour China sites. It includes but is not restricted to following tasks:

该职位职能主要在于保证家乐福中国市场内所有鱼类及其他海产品的食品质量安全。具体职能包含但不局限于以下内容：

- Propose strategy for agricultural product quality control, create procedures and apply them

提出关于农产品质量控制的战略、制定流程并实施。

- Schedule supplier audits and product analysis. Coordinate with third parties about this schedule

安排供应商审计及产品检测的计划，并与第三方检测公司协调

- Validate product / supplier launching

确认产品的供应及供应商的合作

- Launch and follow in-store product withdrawal actions for non-conformities

执行并跟进门店内不合格产品的下架

- Follow non conformities, investigate and set up action plans with suppliers

跟进不合格产品事件，调查并与供应商协作制定处理方案

- Lead special projects in collaboration with technical advisors to support supplier improvements

与技术指导合作，主持用以提高供应商合作质量的特殊项目

- Develop food safety and technical training for suppliers

为供应商开展食品质量与技术的培训指导

- Technical support to purchase teams

为采购提供技术支持

- The job will involve business trips in China mainland

- Bachelor or Master degree in Food Industry / Agronomy related fields

食品或农学相关专业的本科或硕士文凭

- 1 or 2 years professional experience in seafood industry is a plus
