职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for driving the design and project management teams to ensure the quality of delivery and enhance the company's reputation in the market
2. Chair weekly work load meetings with project teams
3. Develop scope of works and fee proposals for corporate clients across different industries
4. Deliver the marketing strategy for corporate office fit-out
5. Manage the daily responsibilities of the staff / oversee project teams / human resources
6. Report financial and administrative duties to the head office
7. Coordinate and train team members
8. Client liaison as required and relationship maintenance/ take networked professional functions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Art Design or Environmental and Art Design or Architecture Design, with international professional registration / qualification
2. 15+ years design experience working in and managing a Corporate Design practice, prefer in high quality themed tourist attractions field
3. Fluent in English speaking and writing
4. Strong at sketch, and drawing software i.e. AutoCAD, etc.
5. Strong presentation skills & knowledge of Windows Office software
6. Strong manager & motivator
7. Strong net-worker with outgoing personality
