要求：
1， 计算机专业大专以上学历，三年以上工作经验。
2， 精通IT相关技术知识如firewall, VoIP, Vlan, MPLS & IPSec VPN 等。
3， 熟悉Cisco路由、交换、无线网络； Juniper 防火墙； Riverbed WAN Acclerators； Nortel/Avaya PABX等设备， 了解综合布线和IT机房相关系统。
4， 具有IT服务的项目管理经验，熟悉IT供应商管理。
5， 英语听、说、读、写良好。
6， 具有CCNA、CCNP、PMP、 ITIL、CISA、CISSP证书优先。

Qualifications:

· University degree with minimum 3 years working experience in telecommunications related areas.
· Demonstrate good knowledge and competencies in telecommunications, and/or personal computing & collaboration, and midrange.
· Possess sound knowledge of network technology like firewall, VLAN, VoIP, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS and Internet IPSec VPN. Familiar with networking equipment like Cisco router, switches, wireless access point, Juniper firewalls, Riverbed WAN Acclerators, Tandberg Video Conference, Nortel/Avaya PABX, Systimax structural cabling, and Computer Room Facilities
· Has prior experience with service support and delivery as well as project management.
· Able to work effectively in a complex and multicultural regional environment with multiple stakeholders and influencers.
· Possess good knowledge of local IT markets, services and industry trends
· Familiar with other industry best practices for project management as well as service support and delivery.
· Possession of Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Project Management (PMP), Services Management (ITIL), or Security (CISA, CISSP) certification will be added advantages.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
