职位描述
1. 为潜在公司/个人客户提供高端培训项目咨询，持续完成个人/团队销售业绩指标。
2. 与客户公司/个人建立良好关系以以达到销售目标并提供优质服务。
3. 进行市场调研，分析顾客及竞争对手状况。
4. 制定营销计划并负责营销计划的执行。
5. 为潜在公司/个人客户展示RACE高端培训项目的优势并使其认识到其价值。
6. 持续关注市场态势及竞争者动态。
7. 与产品开发团队协同工作以提供定制化培训方案。
任职资格
1. 至少5年面向企业大客户销售及服务经验。
2. 学士学位及以上。
3. 充满进取心并拥有良好的企业大客户销售记录。
4. 团队合作精神及优秀的沟通技巧。
5. 娴熟的演说及谈判技巧。
6. 能够适应工作压力。
7. 优秀的中英文口语及写作能力。
8. 对工作充满热情，结果导向，关注细节及团队协作。
9. 能够独立解决问题
10. 能够独立开展工作。

?Position Description:
1. Introduce our premium programs to potential corporate clients/high net worth customers and consistently achieve individual/group sales targets with new prospects and old contacts.
2. Build strong relationships with corporate clients/high net worth customers to reach both sales and service objectives.
3. Marketing research, customer and competitive analysis to support marketing campaigns.
4. Propose marketing plan and execution of marketing activities
5. Demonstrate uses and advantages of our premium programs to our corporate/high net worth customers and create a value proposition for them.
6. Monitor the market conditions and competitor activities on an on-going basis.
7. Working with product development team on customized training program.

Position Requirement:
1. Five (5) years or above corporate sales and service work experience.
2. University Degree Holder.
3. Aggressive and proven corporate sales track record.
4. Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
8. Enthusiastic, result oriented, detail minded and good team player
9. A problem solver
10. Able to work independently.
