1. 管理社交媒体平台，包括发布和内容编辑；

2. 提交并执行已批准的社交媒体的销售和营销计划，以达到预设销售目标；

3. 积极从社交媒体开发新的潜在客户，以确保客户群的增长；

4. 通过社交媒体营销的方式与客户沟通，帮助客户更详细的了解课程、促成其来校学习；

5. 完成并超越个人/团队销售任务，达成良好的销售业绩；

6. 持续关注市场态势及竞争者动态。

任职资格

1. 至少5年面向销售及营销经验；

2. 3年以上推广经验，有网络推广及在线咨询经验者优先；

3. 学士学位及以上；

4. 团队合作精神及优秀的沟通技巧；

5. 娴熟的演说及谈判技巧；

6. 能够适应工作压力；

7. 优秀的中英文口语及写作能力；

8. 对工作充满热情，结果导向，关注细节及团队协作；

9. 能够独立解决问题；

10. 能够独立开展工作。

Position Description:

1. Manage social media platform including posting and content development

2. Propose and execution of the approved social media sales and marketing plan to achieve preset sales target

3. Actively develop new prospective clients from the social media platform to ensure growth of client base

4. Use of social media to explore and strengthen customer interest, inviting potential customer to visit the school and introduce our programs to potential customers

5. Consistently achieve individual/group sales targets with new prospects and old contacts

6. Monitor the market conditions and competitor activities on an on-going basis

Position Requirement:

1. Five (5) years or above sales and marketing work experience

2. 3 years of experience in promotion, internet marketing and online consulting experience is preferred

3. University Degree Holder

4. Strong team spirit and good communication skills

5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills

6. Ability to work under pressure

7. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

8. Enthusiastic, result oriented, detail minded and good team player

9. A problem solver

10. Able to work independently
