Job description:
Develops and design power module structure based on the input from Marketing/Product;
Define power module specification based on requirement from Marketing/Product;
Define material specification based on the power module function;
Develops power module related equipment and assembly process, cost and investment evaluation;
Co-work with test team, define test and related test spec for power module.
New power module assembly qualification and introduce to mass production.
Responsible for Power module RD project;
Responsible for power module related material/process/equipment study;
Responsible for power module new technology tracking and survey;

Requirements:
BS, MS or PH.D. in Mechanical/ EE/ Automation/ Material Science, etc;
5+Yr working experience of semiconductor power module design/development or package RD related field;
Experience at industrial power system company (Datacom, Telecom, Server, etc) is a plus;
Good knowledge on mechanical design/simulation (Analysis or other software), material analysis, package assembly process, package qualification method, project management;
Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Good team work, willing to learn, and logical thinking;
Good English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
