Scope of Responsibilities
1.Perform failure analysis for Toshiba products at OEM/ODM, including sorting/rework.
2. Communicate with customers' various dept. and provide technical support.
3.Provide technical training to customers for handling improvement or product promotion.
4. Obtain and report product performance timely.
5.Submit quality trend report and closely work with global groups.
Additional Tasks
On request of her/his superior the employee is obliged to execute special tasks not mentioned in scope of responsibilities /
Skills and knowledge
Education: Bachelor degree or above of Computer or Electronics related
Experience: over 4 years (at least 2 years in IT industry)
Skills& Qualification:
Familiar with PC hardware/software and storage products (HDD/SSD). Experience in PC system design is preferred. Fluent English, strong communication skills and team spirit required.
Language: English Lever: CET-4 or above
Personal Qualities& Attitude
1) Positive altitude and self-motivated.
2) Skillful communication and negotiation ability.
3) Strong problem solving capability.
4) Good at teamwork and have basic leadership to encourage team members.
5) Fluent speaking and writing English on daily work.
